Processing of water from the washing-process
In principle it is intended to clean the plastic flake during the washing process as much as possible to avoid the transfer of contaminations in succeeding procedure sections.
This provides that contaminations are extracted by procedures working during streaming processes. Combined procedures consisting of screening, sedimentation, chemico-physical methods, flotation and biology guarantee absolutely clean circuit of the washing-water under very economic aspects.
In this respect it is essential to reduce or diminish the costs for the treatment of waste-water considerably.
We offer besides of consultancy, development and planning supply and installation of new processing lines as well as the completion and conversion of existing waste water processing lines.

The operation causes contaminations of the medium during the usable lifetime of the different separation media.
To avoid undesirable impairments of the output as well as for economic reasons a continuous cleaning of the separation media is unrenouncable.
We offer therefore effective processing technology and plant engineering to secure a preserving clarification of the separation media which do not alter the nature and the quality of the single medium.
